iCertainty Text Alerts is a messaging program operated by iCertainty that provides users with important notifications, service updates, temperature alerts, account-related messages, and other relevant information related to our software products and services. By opting into this program, you agree to receive SMS (text) messages from iCertainty.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or number from which you received messages.

After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you a confirmation SMS to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, simply opt in as you did the first time, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
