Description
iCertainty Text Alerts is a messaging program operated by iCertainty that provides users with service-related notifications, temperature alerts, incident notifications, and account-related operational messages. By opting into this program, you agree to receive SMS (text) messages from iCertainty.
Consent & Opt-In
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS messages from iCertainty. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you a confirmation SMS to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Rejoining Instructions
If you wish to rejoin the program after opting out, you must opt in again through the original signup method or as otherwise instructed.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No Sharing of Mobile Information
